I have been a satisfied customer of Paul's company Alpine Computers for thirteen years. I have recently had a new i9-9900k with, on Paul's recommendation, a 2Tb Samsung state of the art SSD computer system built. The computer boots quicker than my brand new Samsung tablet,in fact by the time I have turned on both my monitors the computer is up and ready to go. Installing add ons is also a lot quicker. Paul has built three computers for me and all have been great. To enjoy P3Dv4 at it's best just follow Paul's advice.
I purchased my computer from Alpine Systems over a year ago. It has run perfect from day one and works very well with P3d V4.5 and X Plane 11.34.
Paul installed all my flightsim software and spent ages tweaking it so it ran very smoothly. On the day of purchase I drove down and was expecting to pay for and collect my computer in about 15 minutes. 2 hours later Paul and I were still talking and he was more than happy to show me all the benefits of P3d, which I was new to.
The customer service and after sales service, as I sometimes email or call Paul for advice is second to none. Paul is never too busy to assist and always has the answer to my queries.
I will never buy a computer again unless it is from Alpine Systems. Words cannot express how happy I have been with my purchase, it was worth every penny.

I was particularly impressed with the speed of build and delivery plus the installation of all my Orbx scenery which allowed my getting up and running immediately. My flight sim is running butter smooth with the new Orbx True Earth scenery including over London, a true test!

I've been using Alpine for many years now, because the build quality, customer care, helpfulness and aftercare support which can’t be beaten. I originally purchased the mid range system using FSX & it ran faultlessly. Recently decided I wanted to upgrade so purchased (EGLL) system running P3D & the results are simply stunning. As usual the system was carefully and thoroughly explained.It’s this kind of service, going the extra mile, that makes Alpine Flight Systems stand out.
My father purchased a system & he doesn’t partake in flightsim, but he wanted a good quality PC with good aftercare support & Alpine fits the bill.
I would thoroughly recommend Alpine in a heartbeat. Nothing is too much trouble and he and Clive are always happy to help for useful helpful advice and genuine care.

I was looking to purchase a new PC after retiring, having tried to contact
3 Mayor PC manufacturers over 3 days and still not getting anyone to answer my calls, and that's trying to purchase a PC
I then rang alpinesystems after hearing they are well respected by members on flight sim forums
After reading Alpine reviews and then speaking to Paul at Alpine I purchased the middle range EEGD with a couple of recommendations from Paul
The Machine is very very fast,ultra quiet , rock solid
apart from Flight Sims, I also play Asseto Corsa a beautifly craft PC racing sim
I ran the Asseto Corsa bench mark test on the Alpine EGGD I ran it fully maxed with 26 Cars a full lap at Spar Circuit returning an average Frame Rate of 99 FPS BRILLIANT
I haven't put my Flight Sim Frame Rates on because there are so many different settings and simulators , but I am more than happy with my Prepare3D Paul even installed all Flight Sim software
As other people have commented Pauls after sales service is second to none ,
HIS after sales service and his knowledge is second to none, a really nice guy
I highly recommend this man and his company No pressure just good advice from a guy who nows the PC Flight Simulator inside out

Not being overly confident with computers found the personal service from Paul to be invaluable, not only with the advice offered but even installing my add ons. As a relative newcomer to flight simming, and needing to upgrade my system, I was grateful to come across Alpine Computers. Paul steered me through the various options and came up with a system that suits my requiremnts perfectly.
Delivery of the new pc was very prompt and the most helpful aspect was that Paul spent a very long time subsequently helping me to install various add-ons. i would have been completely lost without his assistance, both on the phone and by remotely operating my pc.

I have now purchased 2 systems from Alpine Systems, EGGD and EGLL. As a software developer for FS9, FSX and P3D I need a very reliable platform. I asked Paul for some extras with the EGLL system including PCIE SSD and 2 Nvidia cards.
Paul duly delivered a very fast machine when he promised he would and within my budget.
I think Alpine do give the finest customer service anyone could ask for (and flight simmers tend to be quite critical!) so I would not hesitate in recomending their services.
LOOKING TO REPLACE YOUR EXISTING FLIGHTSIM, OR BUY NEW?
As a committed flight simmer, I spent many months agonising over what kind of system mix I wanted to replace my rather tired Flight Simulator. I read countless articles in PC Pilot and other sources and ended up with a good outline of what I thought I wanted.
Not being technically competent enough to put it together myself, I then spent many more months looking for an organisation to assist me. I spoke to two of the principal bespoke flightsim suppliers (at least, those who advertised..!) and was not overly impressed.
Yes, they wanted the business, but their approach was more akin to a standardised, ‘take it or leave it’ spec. Fortunately, I met Paul at a Flight Simulation exhibition. Not only is he an approachable and amiable individual, he spent time discussing my specific needs and then went the extra mile and invited me to see a fully constructed system where I was able to nail the spec and place the order. His words of common sense, advice and encouragement were just what was needed. He installed the system at home for me and one tiny glitch was resolved by email whilst he was on holiday…!! Tell me what other flight simulator vendor would spend time and effort in this way…they won’t…!!!
Paul now has me as a customer for life and when it eventually comes to an upgrade or replacement in a few years’ time, I know where I will be going. I would like to think I am both impartial and objective in my views.

Well I brought my computer in April this year and I’m so pleased with it. It looks great performs perfect and Paul was fantastic in customer service. I will recommend him and his computers. I look forward to doing future business.
I searched the web & found several flight sim PC specialists but what convinced me to come to Paul at Alpine is that personal touch of adding & tweaking flight sim. This is a massive help even for an old timer like myself.
Coming from AMD I had a learning curve but thanks to Paul who showed me how to span across three screens everything went smoothly. After a few short flights to get the feel of this new system I had a very big smile across my face. I'm still smiling, thanks Paul.

Picked up my new Alpine Systems computer yesterday and have now had a bit of time to play with it. I'm so pleased with the level of detail, the speed it loads up, and the smoothness with which it runs I just don't have the vocabulary to adequately describe it.
Paul has given me great customer service from first contact to being able to pick up my new system a day earlier than expected. I think that will continue as Pauls parting words were "don't struggle with anything, if you get stuck give me a ring.

I bought my computer system from Alpine about three and a half years ago. The acquisition was made relatively straightforward as Paul loaded FSX plus all the associated photographic scenery software and additional aircraft. It was the mid system and it handled FSX without any difficulty and the whole system worked very smoothly and realistically. Recently I had a problem with the processor which Paul and his technician were able to solve. Their support in handing the problem so long after the original purchase was superb and something you would not get from any of the larger suppliers of computer hardware. I am very grateful for their long standing support and would highly recommend them to anyone contemplating the purchase of computer hardware to support a flight simulator.
